FYI MA Contractors; Mass DOS to Become Mass DLS

Mass contractors are learning that the EPA RRP Lead Rule has been taken over by the Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety. Just when you thought you had it figured out the landscape is changing again.

The Contractor Coaching Partnership learned yesterday that the Division of Occupational Safety has been renamed. It is now called the Department of Labor and Standards (DLS). The change will take effect sometime this summer.

I know guys and gals the RRP is confusing enough. I am trying to stay up on all the moving targets that impact you by informing you here on my blog. Please let me know if there are other things you would like us to write about. If you have news on enforcement or activity that is impacting you please let me know so I can inform others.
