The new EPA RRP rule changes have been posted on the national register. You can view the new document here. New EPA RRP Revisions
All Certified Renovators are responsible to know and implement these changes on affected RRP projects.
Many states who have delegated authority to enforce and administer the rule have not decided how these changes will affect their programs.
One huge change that needs to be decided by delegated states is chip sample testing by Certified Renovators. Some states do not allow certified renovators to even do testing with approved EPA test kits.
