The Contractor Coaching Partnership was founded to educate and train the contractor servicing the residential home owner market. The industry is made up of many 1-10 man operations with little or no formal business training. Many contractors are very good at what they do but are challenged when setting up and running their companies. Often times they are busy working in their business and have no time or desire to work on the company. The Contractor Coaching Partnership provides coaching services, business training and helps contractors develop and implement systems to train themselves and their employees. We use established best practices in the residential construction industry to help them become more profitable and successful. The founder, Mark Paskell has over 20 years experience building residential construction companies servicing the homeowner market. He is known as a Design/Build and Exterior Renovation Expert in the Central Massachusetts area. In addition, he is one of the premier business networking experts in the greater Worcester and Metro-west counties.

- 1991-1992; Exterior sales for American Remodeling Inc. (Sears Siding Contractor)
- 1992-2008; Design/Build and Exterior Renovation Expert for large residential remodeling firm. (Francis Harvey & Sons Inc.) Developed sales, marketing, and production systems. Manager of marketing and sales departments. Partnered to develop company to 9 million in sales in 2007.
