Mark came out and looked at our glass sun room after a tree fell and destroyed it. The insurance company tried to get us to accept an offer of $25,000.00 for something different. We were referred to Mark by a contractor friend and he came in and showed the insurance company that the low offer was not accurate or enough to repair the damage. He argued on our behalf and we received a fair settlement of $116,000.00 to replace our room as well make other repairs from the tree damage. We would recommend that before you ever settle a claim with the insurance company talk to Mark first. We are glad we did!
