Refund Policy: The organizer of this event prepays the trainer, the venue and facilitates the administration for all registrants. We must commit to a minimum head count to meet the training ratios required by the State of Mass. Registration fees are non-refundable unless cancelled 2 weeks before the training date. There is a 50.00 administration fee for cancellations or reschedules. Minimum class size is 8. We reserve the right to reschedule the class if we do not meet the minimum. In the event this occurs your registration fee will be applied to the next training or at your request fully refunded.
