Refund Policy: The organizer of this event prepays the trainer, the venue and facilitates the administration for all registrants. We must commit to a minimum head count to meet the training ratios required by the Mass. Registration fees are non-refundable unless cancelled two weeks before the training date. A $40.00 administration fee will be assessed. In the event you experience a hardship and cannot attend we will make a reasonable attempt to fill your seat and place you in another scheduled training. The administration fee of $40.00 will be assessed, no exceptions.

Cancelled Dates; If we cancel a training due to insufficient registrations you will either recieve a full refund or be transferred to a future date at no expense to you. Weather cancellations will be rescheduled with no refunds.
