RRP Business Owner Seminars for Contractors, Remodelers, Sub-Trades

Posted by Mark Paskell on Sun, Feb 14, 2010 @ 01:55 PM

Yesterday, The Contractor Coaching Partnership completed the 4th EPA RRP Certified Renovator training in Taunton, Mass. Our trainings on the 12th and 13th were hosted by National Lumber. Steve Linsky from National Lumber commented on the quality of the trainers from Kachina Lead Paint Solutions. These trainers have extensive remodeling experience that allows them to relate to the contractor attendee.

At the end of each day, contractors had questions about the challenges they face implementing these new rules into their business. Many contractors were concerned as to how they will navigate the transition to full compliance of the documentation and lead safe practices taught in the course.

For this reason The Contractor Coaching Partnership has teamed up with Industry Expert Shawn McCadden. We have developed a one day seminar for business owners called "Getting your Business and Employees Ready for the New EPA RRP Rules." This program will be taught by Shawn and is geared to help contractors implement this new rule into their business.

Quite often contractors invest in education yet fail to benefit from it due to procrastination. Education without implementation produces sub-par results. To get the most out of any training and protect the investment, it is important to quickly take action and begin the implementation process.

This has never been so critical as now. The cost of failing to follow the EPA RRP Lead Rule can result in fines of $37,500. A price that would cause the failure for the majority of residential construction firms. Seminar link below.
