Mass Construction Supervisor CEU training will be held in Leominster, Ma on 3/6/2013 and 3/8/2013. Mass Construction Supervisor License holders need to obtain continuing education credits in order to renew their builder licenses.

For this group we have organized the training so that you only need to sign up for one day. Many CEU trainings require signing up for the full 2 day seminar. We have set up our program so that those with Specialty Licenses only have to register for one day. The second day of the training 3/8/2013 is set up for this purpose.

Creating professional proposals that help sell the project and at the same time make sure your team will have what they need to install/build it profitably on their own.

  • Home Improvement Contracting in Mass-HIC CS-1200 CD-0012, (1 CEU Code).  This course covers: Mass HIC Law requirements for Massachusetts Contractors who work for consumers on their 1-4 family homes.
  • Differences Between Mass and EPA RRP Rules-CS-1206 CD-0012, (1 CEU Lead). This course covers: On July 9th, 2010 the State of Massachusetts was delegated by the EPA the authority to administer and enforce the RRP Rule. The course covers numerous differences between the Mass RRP and the EPA RRP rules. Learn about the OSHA Lead in Construction written into the Mass RRP Law (454 CMR 22.0) and the EPA amendments since 2010. 
  • How to Manage an OSHA Jobsite Visit-CS-2810, CD0028 2 CEU, (1 Safety and 1 Business).  This course covers: what happens when a CSHO from OSHA comes to your job site. Learn the process of the site audit, your rights, what to do, what not to do and how to prepare if you are visited. We will also cover preparing your employees and subcontractors and multiple employer citiations. 
  • When To Hire A Healthy Building Expert-CS-2808, CD-0028, (2 CEU Energy). This course covers: preparing for, hiring and working with a Building Expert. This course focuses using the qualification standards from BPI as a guide.  Subjects include working with energy auditors, Energy Star,  benefits to you the contractor and the consumer and building science basics.
