This 4 hour worskhop is for Massacusetts RRP trained contractors. You will be informed with the facts of what you need to do in Mass and we will give your paperwork forms that you can use in your business. There have been numerous changes to the RRP Law on both the EPA and State of Massachusetts front. Many contractors trained 4 years ago are still unclear about what they must do to comply in Massachusetts. The Mass RRP Law has signifcant differences from the EPA RRP Law. Mass RRP enforcement has fined over 80 contractors for both work related and paperwork RRP violations.

This three hour workshop is for remodelers and home improvement contractors. This workshop is designed to help contractors identify, develop and implement a defined process to manage and facilitate a project from the time the lead is obtained to the final close out of the job. The goal is to create a balanced and workable paperwork process that captures information at the most opportune time. The right process put into use will help mitigate important details from falling through the cracks and costing you to lose time and profit on your projects.
"If you have to remember to remember you will most likely forget".
We will examine the types of forms and checklists used to capture and document vital and timely information as a project migrates through the four legs of the business. (The Four Legs; Marketing, Sales, Production and Administration.)
