Remodeling contractors are asking me if I can help them find, interview and hire qualified lead carpenters. Two years ago we had several lead carpenters to refer. Today it is very difficult to find a qualified lead carpenter. It appears they are all working. There is a huge shortage of qualified lead carpenter help in the residential industry.
